Lifeline North Coast is a community-based organisation dedicated to suicide prevention, crisis support and mental health awareness across the North Coast of New South Wales. Our mission is to support and empower people to live meaningful lives through compassionate and inclusive services. Our local centre contributes to the national 13 11 14 Lifeline Crisis Support Line, providing 24/7 support to people experiencing emotional distress or crisis. Through the dedication of trained volunteers and staff, we help thousands of individuals every year across the region. Funds raised through our Lifeline Shops, warehouse operations and community fundraising events directly support the operation of our local crisis support services. These retail outlets rely heavily on volunteers to sort donations, assist customers and ensure stores operate smoothly. Volunteers are at the heart of everything we do.
