Waves of Wellness (WOW) Foundation is an Australian mental health surf therapy charity, changing lives through support programs addressing mental health and wellbeing. Established in 2016, WOW’s services has seen its need expand across three states to have directly impacted the lives of over 2,500 people. It is through the surf therapy programs, that people are provided with the skills and strategies to manage their mental health.
