Serving the community since 1988, Emmanuel Care Centre is a local, not-for-profit Christian welfare organisation operating as part of Emmanuel Care Incorporated, along with: Dubbo Community Kitchen and the Dubbo Christian Book Centre. Services provided include the Emmanuel Care Op Shop, welfare support, the Self Start program, prayer support and pastoral care.
