Legalise Cannabis NSW would, if elected to the Upper House in the upcoming State election, work towards changing the current driving laws for people who have been prescribed medicinal canabis. We also want to see cannabis use legalised for adults and cannabis related criminal records expunged. Legalise Cannabis Victoria have two members in the Upper House as do Legalise Cannabis WA.
