Speak Up Mate is a grassroots registered charity, that operates on the Northern Beaches and Blue Mountains. Our objectives are to: - decrease the suicide rate of men 18+ as this is the leading cause of death under 45 years - provide evidence based mental health education - promote and provide personal development testimonial speech - promote mental health awareness - promote and provide social connections We operate through face to face meetups that are professionally facilitated, and through online drop in sessions that enable men to seek development and connections.
