Penrith RSL Silverbacks Junior Rugby Club is a family-focused community club helping kids grow in confidence, teamwork, and resilience through rugby. We’re supported by a strong group of hardworking community volunteers and are now looking to welcome professionals and students who want to broaden their experience, develop practical skills, and contribute to a positive local organisation. You don’t need to be a rugby expert. We’re looking for people who care about kids, community, and giving back. In return, you’ll be supported, appreciated, and part of a friendly team making a real difference for local families.
