Fresh Hope Communities provides centre-based day respite for people with dementia or related conditions. Our dedicated and experienced staff take joy in offering flexible, personalised programs that enable individuals to spend an enjoyable and meaningful day in a safe, secure and homely environment. We warmly welcome anyone experiencing memory loss who resides in the community and is not currently receiving an equivalent service through another program or in residential care. We support clients throughout the Nowra region and surrounds, with a transport offering for some locations. While providing a high level of care and supervision, our staff create engaging activities tailored to the unique needs of each participant, preserving dignity and fostering self-esteem.
