Canberra Seniors Centre provides accessible, inclusive and supportive services designed to relieve distress, vulnerability, disadvantage, social isolation, disability and hardship experienced by older people in the ACT and particularly those who are frail, socially or economically disadvantaged. The Centre provides educational programs, health and fitness classes, social activities and opportunities for community engagement for members and families.
