Little Things for Tiny Tots is a Western Australian charity based in Perth, powered by volunteers. We are seeking a new volunteer to assist us as our Fundraising Coordinator.

About Us:

Little Things for Tiny Tots distributes new and pre-loved essential baby items to WA families in need. We provide a box of “little things” to assist families to care for their newborn with items such as clothing, blankets, nappies, wipes, toys and books. Our volunteers collect and package donations into New Baby Boxes which are distributed via existing support services and government agencies.

About the Role:

Fundraising Coordinator (Volunteer Role)

We’re looking for a friendly and motivated volunteer to help us with fundraising at Little Things for Tiny Tots. This is a flexible, low-pressure role where you can make a real difference by helping us grow support for families in need.

What you’d be doing (in a flexible way):

• Helping support fundraising ideas, campaigns and occasional events
• Thinking of simple ways to connect with community, donors and supporters
• Helping us stay in touch with people who already support our work
• Sharing ideas for partnerships or small fundraising opportunities
• Light support with keeping things organised behind the scenes

There’s no expectation to do everything — we’ll work together based on your skills, interests and availability.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Enjoys connecting with people and supporting community work
• Has some experience in fundraising, admin, events, marketing or similar.
• Is happy to work independently but also be part of a small, supportive team
• Can offer a few flexible hours each week

Good to know:

• Mostly remote with occasional optional involvement in events
• Around 2–4 flexible hours per week (but can vary)
• You’ll just need your own laptop, phone and internet
