You’ll begin by working alongside an experienced operator and gradually take on your own calls as your confidence grows.

🕓 Shift Details

Our volunteers cover 4-hour shifts, 24/7, and we work with you to find times that suit your lifestyle. Flexibility is welcome — we require a commitment of at least 2 x 4 hour shifts per week.

We are Centrelink Approved. Please note: SOWFI is a Member Organisation and volunteers are required to hold membership ($55 annual / $45 concession).
