Nutcote is the former historic home and garden of May Gibbs, Australia’s foremost children’s author and illustrator, best known for The Complete Adventures of Snugglepot and Cuddlepie. Now a house museum, Nutcote’s daily operations are supported by a dedicated team of volunteers.

In this role, our team of Garden Volunteers ensure that the garden is maintained throughout the seasons including bed preparation, plantings and light maintenance.
