Much of the work involves providing hands on assistance to people through our "Neighbour Assist" Program (ie filling in forms, contacting agencies, connecting services, making appointments, researching information etc.) The person fulfilling this role would need to be very flexible in the work that they do, be committed to following up and completing tasks and be willing to work with people from non-english speaking backgrounds.
