Our Ashfield team of Client Service Providers are seeking the support of a Retail Sales Wizz, someone who is friendly comfortable using the phone and chatting with our Blind and Low Vision clients. Retail experience would be ideal especially within the not for profit or disability sector.

We are seeking someone who can commit to a weekly roster, liaise with the managers as to tasks to be completed for that day and work independently. Tasks include: -Greeting and guiding people with Blindness or Low Vision who enter the store (training on guiding provided) -Answering phones in a friendly and courteous manner -Cleaning the stores merchandise and be willing to learn about our product range. -Making reminder calls to clients regarding upcoming appointments -Entering data into the clients profile -Ensuring profile is current -Other miscellaneous tasks asked by supervisor
