Training

Training includes an induction session, online training modules, and a buddy shift so you can learn alongside an experienced volunteer. You will be guided through expectations, processes and the purpose behind the role, with space to ask questions. All training is practical and supportive, helping you feel confident before volunteering

Time required

We ask for around 2 hours per month as a general guide. Typically, this would be on a Monday, but we understand people have different commitments, so there is flexibility to adjust the day or time where needed.

Reimbursement

Any agreed expenses directly related to your role can be reimbursed with prior approval and a receipt.
