Regular visits from volunteers can make an extraordinary difference. A gentle conversation, a laugh shared across the table, or a moment of genuine connection can ease loneliness and bring comfort, companionship, and a renewed sense of belonging 🌼🤝.

We're passionate about improving the quality of life for people in need and we have a wonderful group of volunteers that partner with us to enhance the lives of clients who are living at home.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community
