As a HammondCare volunteer, you'll be helping residents enjoy a variety of games – Dominoes, Chess♟️, Chinese Checkers, Scrabble📝, card games🃏, and more!

Come along and prepare to be challenged 😄, laugh a lot 😂, and make new friends 🤝 while volunteering your time at HammondCare Scone.

You'll be helping to reduce social isolation ❤️ and bring fun and joy 🌟 to our amazing residents!

Your impact

Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.

HammondCare

HammondCare is an independent Christian charity and we're passionate about improving the quality of life for people in need. We have a wonderful group of volunteers that partner with us to enhance the lives of people cared for by HammondCare.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
