Step into a calm, nurturing space where you can help residents feel relaxed, cared for, and beautifully connected. As a volunteer in our pamper sessions at HammondCare Woy Woy, you’ll offer gentle companionship while providing simple, soothing beauty experiences.

You’ll spend time chatting with residents, listening to their stories, sharing quiet moments, or enjoying calming music together. With training provided in gentle hand massage and simple nail care — like filing or adding a splash of nail polish — you’ll help create moments of comfort, dignity, and joy.

This role is all about kindness, presence, and the power of a warm, caring touch. It’s a lovely way to brighten someone’s day while offering a peaceful, pampering experience 🌼💛.

Your impact

Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
