You’ll help call the numbers, assist players, and keep the atmosphere upbeat as residents — many of whom are frail or living with dementia — enjoy one of their favourite pastimes. Watching the smiles, laughter, and little celebrations is incredibly rewarding 🥰♟️.

Your impact

Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.
