From sport 🏉 to art 🎨, pets 🐾 to gardening 🌿, walking 🚶‍♀️ to yoga 🧘‍♂️, baking 🧁 to craft ✂️, movies 🎬 to music 🎶, coffee ☕ to crosswords ✏️… whatever you love, you can share it with someone who loves it too.

As a Volunteer Social Visitor, you’ll offer companionship, conversation, and meaningful social connection to older residents. Spend time one‑on‑one or in small groups, creating moments that brighten their day and yours 💬🌼.

And getting here is easy — there’s a bus stop right outside 🚍✨, making your visits simple and convenient.

HammondCare is an independent Christian charity and we're passionate about improving the quality of life for people in need. We have a wonderful group of volunteers that partner with us to enhance the lives of people cared for by HammondCare.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
