This role is a personal visiting service including social conversations and can include local outings for MyAged Care approved Seniors in the Community. This is a Commonwealth Funded Aged Care Program with no charges to the client.

This Service provides an important support service to reduce loneliness and isolation and improve wellbeing and connectedness.
