MS Plus is funded to provide a volunteer visiting program – the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS). Volunteer visitors share stories, go for a short walk or have a cuppa, listen to music or play a board game. Our volunteers play a vital role in the life of a person living in an aged care home or their own home through ongoing friendship.

We are seeking a volunteer visitor for an elderly lady who loves dogs, who would benefit from 1:1 conversation & a visit from your friendly dog as well!

If you are looking for a volunteer role that makes a positive difference to another person, brings mutual joy and is flexible - this is a role for you.

You need to be warm, caring, reliable, sociable and be willing to commit to weekly or fortnightly connections/visits for a minimum of 6 months/ongoing.
