Wirambi Landcare is a not-for- profit conservation organisation based in Perth, Western Australia that needs new board members help manage and run the group.

We are looking five new board members to fill the following roles; Vice-Chairperson Secretary Treasure General member

Key Responsibilities

• Meet quarterly for board meetings 
• Support onboarding of new board members and uphold the Board’s Code of Conduct
• Maintain the register of interests and track director terms
• Ensure compliance with ACNC and ATO governance standards
• Provide guidance on not-for-profit governance practices and policies

About You

• Excellent organisational and written communication skills
• Previous experience in board governance or secretarial roles (experience in NFP sector desirable)
• Strong alignment with the mission to conserve and protect our environment
