About the Role

As the Marketing Leader, a volunteer role at the heart of our digital outreach and community engagement, you will drive our marketing initiatives, create engaging digital content, and work closely with our team to promote events and programs that benefit the Latin American community in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing & Campaign Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies that effectively promote our mission, events, and programs.

• Digital & Social Media Management: Oversee and create engaging content across various digital platforms, utilizing skills in writing, design, and video production.

• Data-Driven Optimization: Track campaign performance and use insights to refine strategies for better results.

• Collaboration & Relationship Building: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive outreach and maximize community impact.

What We Look For

• Relevant Experience: Demonstrated experience in digital marketing within a non-profit setting, ideally with direct exposure to or a connection with culturally diverse and Hispanic communities.

• Passion for Community: A strong commitment to community engagement and an eagerness to connect with culturally diverse audiences.

• Bilingual Fluency: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is crucial to effectively reach and resonate with a broader audience.

• Alignment with Our Values: The ability to articulate how at least one of LCH’s Core Values is integral to your approach, both professionally and personally.

• Professional Attributes: Excellent communication, teamwork, advocacy, negotiation, and leadership skills, supported by a commitment to contribute at least 12 months with an average availability of 5 hours per week.
