About the Role

The Sponsorships Coordinator plays a critical role in the ongoing development of LCH’s community programs. This is an outward-facing role with significant PR touchpoints at organisational and business levels. You will be responsible for proactively researching, pitching, and securing relevant funding through sponsorship opportunities that align with LCH’s values. You will drive engagement and nurture established relationships to achieve Win-Win outcomes for both, sponsors and LCH.

Key Responsibilities

• Bilingual Proficiency: Highly-regarded bilingual elements (English & Spanish) when appropriate to address a diverse, multicultural customer base.

• Campaign Management: Lead the development and execution of sustainable marketing campaigns that attract potential organisational members.

• Financial Acumen: Prepare budgets, track spending, and ensure sponsors receive value for their investment.

• Grant Applications: Collaborate with the Grants Coordinator in preparing government grant applications and funding programs, including reconciling organisational grant program budgets.

• Team Collaboration: Contribute to a collaborative and energetic team culture with specific kinship towards LCH’s Grants, Events, Public Relations, and Memberships Coordinators.
