The Feel Good Project is a not-for-profit initiative offering free, high-end hair and beauty services to people experiencing hardship, including those facing homelessness, domestic violence, or financial stress. Through haircuts, colour, and care, we restore dignity and confidence—one head at a time.

✨ Who we’re looking for:

Junior stylists, apprentices, or students keen to grow their skills while doing something meaningful

Senior hairdressers and barbers who want to give back to the community in a powerful, personal way

People who love connection and community—and know the power of a fresh cut to change someone’s day (or life!)

✨ What you’ll do:

Volunteer at our mobile salon activations or community events across Sydney

Provide cuts, blow-dries, and simple styling to people who wouldn’t otherwise have access

Be part of a kind, fun, and inclusive team that shows up with purpose
