Volunteer HR Officer (Online Role) - BSAPAC

Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment & Onboarding Support: o Assist in posting job openings and managing applications. o Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication. o Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are smoothly integrated into the team. • Employee Records & Documentation: o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. o Assist with managing HR databases and ensure compliance with relevant policies. o Help prepare and distribute HR-related documents (e.g., contracts, performance evaluations). • Employee Engagement & Wellbeing: o Assist with organising virtual events, training and planning sessions, and wellness initiatives for staff. o Support in managing employee feedback and engagement surveys. • Administrative Support: o Handle HR-related inquiries from staff and volunteers in a professional and timely manner. o Assist with the preparation of HR reports, and compliance-related activities. o Track and monitor HR metrics and assist in performance tracking. • Assist in Policy Implementation: o Support the development and implementation of HR policies that align with BSAPAC’s mission and values. o Ensure that all HR practices are in line with BSAPAC's commitment to inclusivity and fairness.
