About Us

Inner West Meals on Wheels (CABL Inc) provides nutritious meals to older and frail people in the community, helping them maintain their independence and wellbeing at home.

Location: Concord

Days/Times: Monday to Friday, approx. 9am – 12pm (2.5 – 3 hours per shift)

About the Role

We’re looking for friendly and reliable Volunteer Despatch Assistants / Packers to join our team in Concord. You’ll play a key role in packing pre-prepared meals for delivery, ensuring older community members receive nutritious meals and support to maintain their independence at home.

Key Responsibilities

• Refer to daily run sheets and pack meals into bags ready for next-day and same-day deliveries
• General cleaning of benches, eskies, and fridge/freezers
• Basic lifting of bags and boxes
