About the Role

As a Lolly Trolley Volunteer, you’ll work alongside our staff to bring treats, books, and smiles directly to our residents. From lollies and ice creams to snacks and favourite reads, you’ll create moments of joy and connection while spreading warmth and companionship

What You’ll Do *Engage with residents in a friendly, social way that promotes their dignity and self-worth

• Load the trolley with treats and notify the Volunteer Coordinator if stock needs replenishing
• Visit residents in living spaces or outdoor areas, offering items from the trolley
• Respect dietary requirements and food restrictions on each visit
• Clean and sanitise the trolley and equipment after each session
• Communicate any concerns, feedback, or safety issues to the Volunteer Coordinator
