Retail Assistant

About Us
Op for Change is a small, independent, volunteer-run op shop in Manly NSW and we donate 100% of our profits back to the community.
Without volunteers, we can’t open. By committing to one regular morning or afternoon shift each week, our volunteers help us:
- Keep our doors open seven days per week
- Generate funds that are donated back into the local community
- Support circular fashion, sustainability and social good
Shifts are relaxed, social and shared with other volunteers. Tasks will include:
- Serving and chatting with customers
- Processing orders using Square POS
- Keeping the racks and displays maintained and the store's cleanliness and organisation.
We’re looking for volunteers who can commit one regular shift per week (either a morning or afternoon). That small, consistent commitment helps us plan, stay open and remain sustainable as a volunteer-run organisation.
