MWP Community Care is a "Not for Profit" organisation who has been dedicated to supporting the well being and independence of older people on the Northern Beaches since 1967. Our volunteers are local people who are passionate about supporting other locals.

We are looking for Bus Assistants to accompany our clients on fun and enjoyable group outings all across Sydney. These can range from picnics, movies, lunches in cafes and clubs, shows and other places of interest. You will be accompanied by a MWP Volunteer driver or Staff Member.

Your main role is to provide support and assistance to our clients during the outing where required as well as communicating and building connections. These outings help reduce isolation as well as improving our clients wellbeing and can be the start of some very special friendships.
