What's Involved?

As a Village Volunteer, you’ll work alongside staff to help bring community activities and events to life. In this facilitator‑style role, you may:

• Support staff with planning and setting up events and activities

• Coordinate and encourage participation in group activities

• Facilitate social and recreational sessions

• Lead or assist with gentle exercise or movement activities (training provided if required)

• Help create a welcoming, inclusive environment where residents feel connected and involved

• This role plays an important part in supporting residents to remain active, socially connected, and engaged within their village community.
