Aussies4Cures Foundation (trading as For A Cure Foundation) is an Australian not-for-profit organisation focused on advancing regenerative medicine research, including stem cells, gene-based therapies and longevity science.

We are a founder-led organisation developed over several years and focused on building meaningful support, partnerships, and long-term impact around our mission.

Role Purpose

• Volunteer role to help shape and lead the Foundation’s fundraising and partnership activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a Fundraising & Partnerships Strategy - this is the key initial task
• Establish community giving and donor campaigns
• Identify and engage corporate, philanthropic, and grant partners
• Support donor and sponsorship initiatives
• Build simple systems for donor engagement and communication
• Work collaboratively with the Founder through regular check-ins and strategy discussions

Ideal Background

• Fundraising, business development, partnerships, philanthropy, or relationship-based roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in founder-led or developing organisations
