About the Role Location: Australia (Flexible / Remote)
We are seeking a Chief Marketing & Growth Officer (CMGO) to lead growth, fundraising support, and volunteer engagement. This role is central to building the Foundation’s visibility, shaping its narrative, and supporting fundraising outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing and growth strategy aligned to fundraising objectives
- Support fundraising through campaigns, donor communications, and pitch materials
- Recruit, hire, lead, and coordinate volunteers across marketing, outreach, and campaign initiatives
- Oversee day-to-day execution of marketing and growth activities through the volunteer team
- Help define and communicate the Foundation’s key initiatives and impact areas
- Work closely with the Founder to build a compelling story and presence to attract donors and partners
About You

Experience in marketing, growth, or fundraising (NFP, startup, or impact sector ideal)

Ability to lead from the front and execute

Comfortable managing and motivating volunteers

Strong communication and storytelling skills

Passion for meaningful impact

Volunteer / part-time (initially), with potential to evolve

High-ownership role working directly with the Founder / Executive Director
