About Medical Pantry

Medical Pantry is an ACNC-registered Victorian charity reducing healthcare waste and improving global access to essential medical supplies.

In 2023–24, we received 318 donations totalling $13 million in value and redirected critical medical supplies to humanitarian, animal welfare and education partners across Australia and internationally.

As we grow, we are strengthening our brand and digital presence to support corporate partnerships, grant funding and public awareness.

About the Role We are seeking a Graphic Design & Social Media Volunteer to support our marketing and communications initiatives.

This role will help translate our impact into visually engaging content across digital platforms.

You will work alongside an experienced Senior Brand Designer and collaborate with our communications and fundraising teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design branded content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Tiktok
• Turn impact stories and operational updates into engaging visual posts
• Create short videos, Reels or simple motion graphics (where applicable)
• Support digital assets for campaigns, events and fundraising initiatives
• Contribute to visual consistency across our brand



Skills & Experience

• Studying graphic design or prior experience in digital design
• Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic video editing or motion design skills (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
• Passion for sustainability, healthcare or social impact

Time Commitment

• Flexible and remote-friendly
• Approx. 2–4 hours per week
• 6 month duration
