Zumba Volunteer Instructor Wanted - Wesley School for Seniors

Are you passionate about fitness and love to dance? Do you have a heart to make a positive impact in our seniors’ community? If so, we’d love to welcome you to our community!
We are seeking a volunteer Zumba Instructor who can bring energy, encouragement, and expertise to our senior community.
Experience and Skill:

Formal Qualification: A recognised Zumba certification from a reputable training provider preferred.

Adapting Choreography: Ability to modify Zumba moves to suit lower impact needs and potential limitations of older participants.

Communication skills: You guide movements in a simple, friendly, and easy-to-follow way.

Patience and empathy: Being patient and encouraging is essential to help students feel confident and bring out the best in them

Motivation & Energy: You bring positivity and encouragement that inspires seniors to move, smile, and keep coming back.

As a volunteer instructor, you’re committed to conduct:
- weekly sessions lasting 1 hour
- anytime between 10am to 4pm from Monday to Friday. (subject to room availability)
- Term 2 commences on Monday 20 April – Friday 3 July 2026
- open for discussion for online class
Our school is conveniently situated in Sydney’s CBD, just a short walk from Town Hall or St James station.
