At 4 Voices, we support women to feel connected, capable and confident as they navigate life’s challenges. Through our Mobile Connection Hubs, volunteers provide practical help, digital access and steady encouragement.
Our Connection Hub Vans bring practical support and welcoming spaces directly into communities.
As a Frontline Team Leader, you’ll help volunteers feel confident, supported and coordinated while ensuring each Connection Hub shift runs smoothly.
Up to 5 hours per week or fortnight
Your role:
- Support and guide volunteers on shift
- Help maintain a calm, welcoming environment
- Facilitate shift debrief conversations and team communication
- Monitor volunteer wellbeing and escalate concerns when needed
- Uphold confidentiality and respectful practice

You’ll play a key role in helping both volunteers and women feel safe, confident and supported.
You must be eligible to hold a valid Working With Children/ Vulnerable People Check for this role. With a minimum commitment of 6 months
