Specialist in finance, audit and risk to become an important member of our FARC

The duties are varied and will be addressed as needed by the group. You would be deciding which areas to focus on for each meeting. It would require that you work with the Executive director if you need support. The roles include: Review the adequacy of policies and procedures, Review the financial and operational controls, Review of the annual financial statements, Ensure a compliance culture exists, Review all insurance arrangements, Review and make recommendations on appropriate changes stemming from audit findings, Ensure a risk identification and management framework is developed and implemented, Oversight processes by which it ensures ASTA complies with all external legal and regulatory obligations, Oversight of business continuity plan, Development of crisis management plan
