Virtual Senior Admin Manager

Lifestyle Markets Australia Inc.

Lifestyle Markets Australia Inc (LMA) and Kinds of Happiness Inc (KOH) are volunteer-driven organisations dedicated to supporting at-risk youth across Victoria through mentorship, scholarships, and sustainable agriculture programs. Every event we run, every market we organise, flows back to young people who need it most.

As a Virtual Senior Admin Manager with LMA, you won’t just support a team — you will help build one. This is a genuine leadership opportunity for a skilled volunteer ready to make their mark on a growing, purpose-driven organisation.

About the Role

This is a key leadership role at the heart of our volunteer operations. You will lead and support a remote team, keeping day-to-day administration running smoothly while helping shape a positive, organised, and accountable team culture.

It is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident managing people in a virtual environment — whether you’re an experienced manager looking to give back, or a skilled professional wanting to grow in a leadership context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and coordinate a remote volunteer team of 15–20 people
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across the organisation
  • Delegate tasks and maintain accountability across the team
  • Maintain clear communication and foster a positive team culture
  • Develop and improve systems, processes, and workflows
  • Monitor team progress and report on performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in administration, operations, or team coordination
  • Confident communicator, comfortable managing people remotely
  • Organised and self-motivated with good follow-through
  • Genuine passion for community and social impact
  • Comfortable with digital tools and virtual team environments
