The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial Fundraising Lead to help unlock new funding opportunities and grow our impact.

This is a flexible, remote role suited to someone who is motivated by purpose and comfortable working in a commission-based structure, with strong autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure funding opportunities (untied grants, foundations, government, philanthropic funds)
• Lead the writing and submission of funding applications
• Develop and manage a pipeline of corporate partnerships
• Drive business development for our climate and biodiversity workshops (B2B)
• Build relationships with aligned organisations, sponsors, and funders
• Collaborate with the team to align funding with strategic priorities

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in grant writing, fundraising, or business development
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Passion for climate, biodiversity, and systems change
• Existing networks in corporate, philanthropy, or sustainability (a plus)
