About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and governance-focused professional to join our Board as Company Secretary.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute at a strategic level while playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Board through strong administrative and governance practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate Board meetings, agendas and documentation
- Record and distribute accurate minutes and action items
- Maintain organisational records and registers
- Support the Chair and manage Board correspondence
- Coordinate the Annual General Meeting
- Ensure compliance with governance and constitutional requirements
- Contribute as an active Board Director to strategy and decision-making
About You
You bring:
- Strong governance knowledge and administrative expertise
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience supporting boards, committees, or senior leadership (desirable)
- An interest in or connection to the disability or not-for-profit sector (desirable)
