At GCG Headquarters, the People and Culture Associate will support HQ initiatives and branch capabilities by creating a vibrant and inclusive community for volunteers to engage in.

In this role, you will:

Community Engagement & Events: Support the planning and delivery of social initiatives that foster a strong, inclusive culture across HQ and university branches.

Network & Alumni Engagement: Help strengthen and maintain relationships with alumni and key stakeholders to build a connected and supportive GCG network.

Learning & Development (L&D): Assist in coordinating initiatives and resources that enhance student development during project cycles, including workshops and training programs.

To be a successful Candidate, you will:

  • Must be based in Melbourne.
  • Able to commit 3–5 hours per week.
  • Proactive learner who takes initiative, asks questions, and learns from feedback.
  • Strong communicator who can manage stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Experience supporting people-focused processes and administrative tasks.
