Every week, 4 Voices shows up in local communities with our Mobile Connection Hubs - offering connection, practical help and a welcoming presence for women who need a little extra support navigating life’s challenges.

Sometimes that looks like helping someone update a resume. Sometimes it’s guiding them through MyGov or Centrelink. Sometimes it’s simply sharing a cuppa and a conversation.

Small moments. Real impact.

Up to 5 hours (max) per week

As part of our outreach team, you’ll:

• Welcome women into a friendly space
• Offer conversation and encouragement
• Help with simple digital or practical tasks
• Support access to services and community resources
• Be part of a supportive volunteer team

You don’t need specialist experience - just empathy, reliability and a willingness to learn.

You’ll Be Supported

We know stepping into something new can sometimes feel overwhelming. That’s why we use a tiered training model:

• Hands-on training and real-time guidance on shift
• Ongoing supervision and team debrief opportunities
• Progressive skill development at your own pace

You’ll never be expected to know everything. You’ll never be alone on shift.

Just five hours a week (or fortnight) can help someone feel seen, supported and capable of their next step towards a brighter future.

You must be eligible to hold a valid Working With Children/ Vulnerable People Check for this role. With a minimum commitment of 3 months.
