At 4 Voices, we support women to feel connected, capable and confident as they navigate life’s challenges. Through our Mobile Connection Hubs and National Phone Support Service, volunteers provide practical help, digital access and steady encouragement.
As a Regional Leader, you’ll support Team Leaders and volunteers to deliver consistent, safe and welcoming services across your region.
Up to 5 hours per week
Your role:
- Foster a positive, inclusive volunteer culture
- Oversee rosters, shift coverage and coordination
- Support and guide Team Leaders as they grow
- Assist with incident awareness and escalation when needed
- Help volunteers feel confident using systems such as Better Impact
- Occasionally step into shifts where possible to provide guidance and reassurance

This role is about helping others feel confident, supported and capable.
You must be eligible to hold a valid Working With Children/ Vulnerable People Check for this role. With a minimum commitment of 6 months
