This volunteer provides direct support and assistance to our workforce by Supporting the National Call Centre first contact team with making outbound calls clients to set up library memberships. While also receiving inbound calls through the Library queue on Amazon.

Key Tasks include

• Taking inbound calls from clients to set up library memberships. • Outbound calls to set up library memberships. • Supporting clients with managing their library bookshelves and preferences • Call clients as required, using information/guidance provided by Vision Australia  • Log calls and outcomes as required  • Report to staff immediately if there are any concerns  • Provide/Report feedback  • May attend meetings/information sessions • May follow up with clients if required/requested
