Logo for Koala Conservation Australia

We are looking for someone with work health and safety experience and knowledge to help our organisation provide a safe and healthy workplace for our staff, volunteers and visitors.

Our work is about the conservation of New South Wales endangered koalas. Our vision is a healthy and thriving koala population. Our mission is to lead the world in the care and conservation of wild koala. We operate a koala hospital to care for sick and injured koalas. We also operate a world first Wild Koala Breeding Program located at Guulabaa, Cowarra State Forest. This is the only breeding program for Koalas in the world where they are bred to be released to the wild to support in-situ Koala conservation. The site is open to visitors. The organisation also manages two plantations that cultivate Koala food trees and undertakes research in relation to the plantation management. We also have koala habitat regeneration projects.
