CCA NSW is seeking a passionate and engaging Mandarin Language Tutor (Volunteer) to support our Community Learning Program. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to share your language skills while helping community members build confidence and connection through learning.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly Mandarin language classes in a supportive and inclusive environment
• Plan and prepare lesson materials suited to adult learners
• Encourage participation and engagement across different skill levels
• Foster a welcoming and respectful classroom atmosphere
• Work collaboratively with CCA staff and volunteers

About You

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, supportive, and culturally sensitive approach
• Ability to commit regularly to the scheduled class
