Our volunteer Treasurer will become part of the dedicated committee delivering Verbatim Productions Inc programs. Appointed by the Verbatim Productions Inc committee, the Treasurer will work closely with the Secretary and President.

In this role, the Treasurer will maintain Verbatim Productions Inc financial records, arrange payments and invoices. They will prepare financial reports for committee meetings including the Annual General Meeting, and where required by external authorities. Verbatim Productions Inc has few transactions except during productions and particularly when a grant recipient.

Financial records are currently stored on Zoho Accounts, however, Verbatim is open to other bookkeeping methods. The Treasurer has access to shared documents on Google Drive and you will need to have your own computer/device.

Management committee meetings are four times per year plus the AGM and take about 1 to 1.5 hours from 6.30 pm on a Thursday. The meeting schedule for the remainder of the year will soon be advised. The Treasurer can expect an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
