Training

All volunteers will receive a pre-event briefing with key information, plus a short on-the-day induction covering role duties, safety and site orientation. Role-specific guidance will be provided, and team leaders will be available throughout the event for support. No prior experience needed, just a positive attitude!

Time required

This is a one-off event with multiple shift options across the weekend: Bump-in (Set up): Saturday 10 October 2026, 8:00am – 5:00pm Event day roles: Sunday 11 October 2026, between 7:00am – 3:00pm (depending on role) Most roles range from 4–8 hours, with a briefing provided at the start of your shift. Volunteers are encouraged to arrive 15–30 minutes early for check-in and instructions.
