Program Lead – Academic Events & Student Outreach

**Duties **
Lead and Support Clubs: Work with student clubs to plan and run fun and engaging activities, events, and workshops.
Develop Programs: Help create new initiatives that support students’ professional and personal growth.
Engage with stakeholders: Connect with industry professionals, PMI members, and university staff to bring exciting opportunities to your peers.
Organise Events: Assist in planning events such as guest speaker sessions, competitions, and networking activities.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for student clubs, facilitating effective communication between clubs and PMI Queensland. Additionally, develop promotional materials and social media content to highlight club activities.
Event Management: Coordinate and oversee club events, including meetings, conferences, and competitions, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Track program participation and engagement metrics, gather feedback from clubs and participants, and continuously improve programs based on data-driven insights.
Budget Management: Collaborate with the financial team to manage program budgets and ensure funds are used effectively to achieve objectives.
