Purpose of the Role To assist in maintaining safe, tidy, and attractive outdoor spaces for students and staff. Key Responsibilities • Mowing lawns and trimming edges • General garden maintenance (weeding, pruning, watering) • Removing debris and keeping outdoor areas tidy • Assisting with minor outdoor repairs or upkeep tasks • Ensuring tools are used safely and stored properly Skills & Attributes • Enjoys outdoor and physical work • Basic gardening or lawn care skills (desirable but not essential) • Ability to safely use gardening tools/equipment (training provided) • Reliable and safety-conscious • Positive attitude and willingness to help
